Puppy Foundations to Foundations Plus+ Upgrade

For clients who planned on getting a young puppy (prior to the completion of the socialization period, 8-12 weeks) and signed up for Puppy Foundations, and have now decided instead to adopt an older puppy (over 12 weeks / 4 months of age). This is an upgrade to Foundations Plus+ which is for puppies who are over 12 weeks of age and is tailored to add extra focus on identifying current routines and pivoting and adjusting towards desired routines in the new home.
