The Support Plan is by week
Billing period refers to the weeklong period of time in which you have access to text message and email support and video review. On the first week, you will complete payment on this page. The following weeks, the credit card you have on file will be automatically billed on the original day of the week in which you first completed payment, unless you let Emma know you want to cancel (see below). Support begins the day of payment and ends the last day of that 7-day period. For example if you completed payment on a Monday, the end day of that week will be Sunday evening.

Cancelling is easy, just let Emma know
Let me know either ahead of time when you would like the program to end, or just let me know during a current billing period that you wish to cancel the next billing period. For example, if your credit card was charged on Monday morning, you have until that Sunday evening to notify me of cancellation for the next week. Cancellation requests made during in-progress weeks are not possible and the plan will be cancelled the following week.

The Support Plan covers *almost all* questions
The support plan is very useful at times when we are between or on a break from Coached Sessions, if you are planning or experiencing something that will naturally come with lots of questions that are critical day in day out such as a new puppy or trip, you are busy but want to ensure you are making the right choices, when you are traveling with our without your pet (in the later for the petsitter to receive support), or to support progress in general. Support regarding your dog’s veterinary care and for your dog’s veterinarian (including veterinary notes if helpful) is also included. Support for your petsitter/dog walker is included but subject to limitations – please discuss with me first. The only things the Support Plan doesn’t cover are new training programs / new homework, and/or new serious emergency behavior challenges that need more focused attention for everyone’s safety.
